Ending of 2006

I am so ready for this year to be over, it seems like it's been way more than 365 days in this year.I feel i have been going 100 mph non stop. In 2007 i definately plan to slow it down...

Speaking of slowing down i was reading this book called "It's just a Damn Date" by tariq walton where he talks about the pressures of dating. Now me personally i am feeling him on alot of the things he mention in the book. For instance its not neccessary to tell all on the first date or to make things so complicated in the beginning of a relationship.
thats all im saying is take it slow.....
ladies...how many times have we been accused of catching feelings to quick??? it seems to be the other way around lately....just an observation.

thought for today.....

It is unfair to ask something of someone that you are not willing to do yourself....

New year Resolutions

How many of us have them? Every year we evaluate ourselves and decide whats wrong with us. Loose weight, quit smoking, stop cursing, and the list goes on and on. Most of them end in a matter of months almost ending up worse than when we started. I mean now there are some of us that stick it out and religiously hold true to their new form. yep that's about 3%. Otherwise you realize- hey I ain't so bad. Then the gym memberships go to waste and your back to a pack a day and cursing like a sailor and it seems like a cruel joke. The "NEW YEARS RESOLUTION" joke. A vicious cycle that no man woman or child can break...

Okay now that I'm done ranting i would like to declare my New Years Resolutions...
  1. try to cook 5 out of 7 days a week( eat out is killing my pockets)
  2. work out 5 to 7 days a week( a big jump from 0)
  3. study more efficiently(no last min cramming)

What are yours?
